Refund & Cancellation Policy
Clear, transparent terms regarding trip cancellations, refund timelines, safety guidelines, and traveler responsibilities.
Standard Cancellation Slab Summary
Unless specified differently on an individual trip details page, the following standard cancellation terms apply to all weekend trips and outdoor experiences:
Payment Requirements & Inclusions
Full payment for the trip or experience must be completed prior to trip commencement. Failure to complete payment by the specified deadline may lead to automatic booking cancellation.
No refunds or partial credits will be issued for any unused inclusions, missed meals, or skipped activities during the trip.
All bookings are non-transferable unless explicit written permission is obtained from Weekoff at least 48 hours prior to departure.
Punctuality & Departure Schedule
Departure schedules and boarding times are strictly fixed to ensure group safety and itinerary execution.
All travelers must report at the designated pickup point at least 15 minutes before scheduled departure.
No refunds or reschedules will be provided if a traveler misses the vehicle or fails to report on time.
Luggage & Personal Belongings
Travelers are solely responsible for their personal luggage, electronic gadgets, and valuables throughout the journey.
Weekoff and our transport partners are not liable for lost, damaged, stolen, or misplaced items during travel or stay.
If a traveler loses or damages rental gear provided by Weekoff (e.g. tents, sleeping bags, trekking poles), compensation equal to the item's replacement cost will be charged.
Physical Fitness & Activity Safety
Physically demanding activities (high-altitude trekking, camping, water sports) require participants to be in suitable health.
Travelers are advised to consult a physician prior to joining intense trekking or altitude activities if they have pre-existing medical conditions.
Weekoff does not provide medical or travel insurance policies to cover sickness, injury, emergency evacuation, or personal accidents.
Itinerary Alterations & External Factors
Weekoff reserves the right to alter itineraries or substitute locations due to weather, landslides, road closures, or safety concerns.
In the event of natural calamities, government curfews, or road blockades during the trip, additional costs incurred (extended stays, rerouting) shall be borne by the participant.
Travelers must follow trip captain instructions and stay with the designated group at all times.
Code of Conduct & Misconduct
Strict discipline and respectful conduct towards co-travelers, local communities, and trip leaders are mandatory.
Any misconduct, harassment, consumption of illegal substances, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of the trip without any refund.
