Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Weekoff website, mobile applications, or booking any experience (weekend trips, corporate offsites, community events, and adventure activities), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
These terms apply to all visitors, participants, registered users, and corporate clients accessing our platform.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services and booking experiences through Weekoff.
Booking & Payments
Full payment or specified advance deposit must be completed before the trip departure to secure your reservation.
For community events and short-duration activities, full ticket payment is required at the time of booking.
Prices listed on the website are subject to taxes (GST) where applicable. Weekoff reserves the right to modify package pricing without prior notice before booking confirmation.
In the event of price adjustments or seat availability changes prior to booking confirmation, Weekoff will notify the participant.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations and rescheduling requests are strictly governed by the specific trip's Refund & Cancellation Policy.
No refunds or partial reimbursements will be provided for unused trip inclusions, missed departures, or early departures initiated by the traveler.
In case of trip cancellation by Weekoff due to unforeseen operational constraints, 100% of the paid package amount will be refunded or credited.
Traveler Responsibilities & Code of Conduct
Participants must present valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License) prior to departure.
Travelers are expected to maintain discipline, respect local customs, and adhere to trip leader guidelines throughout the experience.
Use of illegal substances, excessive alcohol consumption causing disturbance, or damage to property will result in immediate removal without refund.
Travelers are solely responsible for their personal belongings, luggage, and valuables throughout the journey.
Health, Safety & Activity Risks
Participation in outdoor and adventure activities (trekking, camping, rafting, high-altitude stays) involves inherent physical risks.
Travelers must be in good physical health and disclose any pre-existing medical conditions prior to joining physically demanding trips.
Weekoff is not responsible for injuries, illness, or baggage loss arising from personal negligence or non-compliance with safety instructions.
Intellectual Property & Content
All content, logos, emblems, text, photos, and media published on Weekoff are the exclusive property of Weekoff.
Photos and videos captured during trips by Weekoff trip leaders may be used for promotional and social media purposes, unless a participant explicitly requests exclusion in writing prior to departure.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or related to Weekoff services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
